FAIRES welcomes inquiries from eligible researchers and teams seeking an organizational and administrative home. Depending on fit and capacity, we may help connect the scientific work with funding administration, contracts, financial processes, project coordination, or infrastructure.
Fiscal or administrative sponsorship and similar arrangements may be considered where appropriate. The structure and responsibilities are established for each approved project.

Who can inquire?
Independent researchers, research teams, university-affiliated investigators, and other collaborators working on scientific or educational projects within our mission are welcome to make an inquiry.
Does an inquiry guarantee an organizational home or sponsorship?
No. Each inquiry is reviewed for mission alignment, eligibility, funding and institutional requirements, operational feasibility, and available capacity. Support begins only after approval and a written agreement.
Do we need to have funding in place?
You may contact us at the idea, proposal, or funded-project stage. Tell us what funding is secured or being pursued, any deadlines, and what support you need. An inquiry is not a funding application or a commitment by FAIRES to provide funds.
Can a university-affiliated team work with FAIRES?
Potentially. Arrangements must be compatible with the university’s policies, sponsor requirements, and the researchers’ existing obligations. We welcome early involvement from the relevant institutional representatives.
What are the fees and terms?
Scope, responsibilities, administrative costs, funding treatment, intellectual property, data access, and reporting are considered for each project and documented in an agreement. No standard fee or automatic service package is promised.
Will a sponsorship arrangement satisfy a particular funder’s requirements?
That must be assessed for the specific opportunity. Share the funder’s eligibility rules and documentation requirements so that the proposed arrangement can be evaluated before any commitment is made.
