Information you choose to share

The inquiry form collects your name, email address, inquiry type, and message. You may also provide your institution, role, project details, and funding information. FAIRES uses this information to review and respond to your inquiry and consider a potential research or project relationship.

Please do not include confidential research data, passwords, financial account details, health information, or other sensitive personal information in an initial inquiry.

Processing and storage

Inquiries are transmitted to FAIRES through its email service. Website hosting and email providers may process information as needed to operate these services. Access to inquiries is intended for people involved in reviewing, responding to, or administering the relevant matter.

Correspondence may be retained while it is needed for the inquiry, a resulting relationship, organizational records, or applicable obligations. You can contact us to ask about or request correction or deletion of information you submitted. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate administrative or legal reasons.

Essential technical information

The contact page uses a temporary session cookie to protect the form and prevent duplicate or fraudulent requests. The form also uses limited, pseudonymous request records to reduce spam and abuse. The hosting provider may keep ordinary server logs, including request times and network addresses, for operation and security.

This website does not include advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or externally hosted fonts. It does not use inquiry details for a marketing mailing list.
